We aim to review support messages within a reasonable time, usually within a few business days. Response time may vary depending on message volume, the complexity of the issue, and whether the report requires technical review.

For product support

For editor behavior, upload, rendering, form filling, visual signature, export, or download questions, include the page URL, your browser, your operating system, and the visible production build number from the homepage or editor. Describe what you expected, what happened instead, and whether the issue happened before or after export.

• Use a harmless sample PDF whenever possible.
• Remove names, addresses, account numbers, signatures, client details, and other private content from screenshots.
• Tell us whether the exported PDF was checked in a second viewer.
• Do not send passwords, government identifiers, financial statements, medical records, or confidential business files.

For privacy questions

For privacy questions, describe the page or workflow you used and the kind of data you are asking about. The Privacy Policy and Data Flow page explain that JUST FREE PDF is privacy-conscious but may use server-assisted processing for upload intake, document analysis, edit tracking, export generation, and download delivery. Please include only the minimum information needed to understand the request.

For copyright or abuse reports

If you believe content on JUST FREE PDF infringes your rights, email us with the page URL, the work you believe is affected, your contact information, and a clear statement of the issue. For abuse reports, include the URL, the observed behavior, and why the content or behavior is harmful.

JUST FREE PDF does not ask users to click ads and does not want advertising to be confused with editing buttons, upload buttons, export buttons, or download buttons. If advertising is enabled later and you see a placement that appears misleading or inappropriate, contact us with a screenshot and page URL.

What not to send by email

Do not send sensitive PDF originals, signed contracts, tax records, medical files, identity documents, bank statements, school records, immigration documents, employment records, client files, or documents containing confidential business information. If a bug only appears with a private file, create a reduced test file that reproduces the same behavior without private content.

What we cannot provide

We cannot provide legal advice, tax advice, medical advice, official filing instructions, notarization, certified digital-signature validation, or a judgment about whether a modified PDF is legally valid. For official filings, contracts, financial records, medical documents, government forms, or regulated submissions, follow the recipient's instructions or consult a qualified professional.
