Terms and Conditions

These Terms explain the basic rules for using JUST FREE PDF. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and to review your own documents before sharing them.

Use of the service

JUST FREE PDF provides PDF editing tools and educational guides for ordinary document workflows. You are responsible for deciding whether a browser-based editor is appropriate for your file and recipient. Keep an original copy of every document before editing.

Acceptable use

Document responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing exported PDFs, checking page order, checking signatures, verifying form fields, and deciding whether a document should be submitted. Some files require official portals, certified signing systems, enterprise redaction tools, or the original source file.

Service availability

We may update, change, pause, or remove features as the product evolves. Browser behavior, PDF library behavior, and operating system updates may affect editing results. We do not guarantee that every PDF can be edited, exported, redacted, signed, or accepted by a recipient.

Advertising and third-party links

The site may contain advertising, policy links, or references to third-party services. Ads should not be treated as editor controls. Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of liability

JUST FREE PDF is provided for practical document assistance. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site is not liable for losses caused by user edits, failed submissions, document rejection, metadata exposure, signature validity issues, or reliance on guides instead of professional advice.

Accounts, payments, and future changes

JUST FREE PDF currently focuses on free browser-based PDF editing and guide content. If account features, paid plans, collaboration features, cloud storage, or API access are introduced later, the related terms and privacy details should be updated before those features are offered. Users should not assume that a future feature has the same privacy or storage model as the current local-first editing workflow.

Compatibility and recipient requirements

PDF files are not all structured the same way. A document may contain scans, interactive fields, embedded fonts, restrictions, scripts, signatures, or unusual page boxes. JUST FREE PDF cannot guarantee compatibility with every PDF reader, government portal, bank system, school upload form, or business workflow. If a recipient provides specific instructions, those instructions should be followed first.
