Privacy Policy

This policy explains JUST FREE PDF document handling in practical terms. The current editor is privacy-conscious but server-assisted where needed: some workflows may upload PDFs to server endpoints for analysis, operation tracking, export generation, and download delivery.

PDF upload and server processing

When you choose a PDF, the application may send the document to JUST FREE PDF servers so the editor can inspect page structure, keep the editing session available, record edit operations, build the exported PDF, and deliver the final download. Do not use the service for documents that must remain fully offline or must be processed only through an approved system.

How PDF content is used

PDF content is used to provide the requested editing, analysis, export, troubleshooting, security, and reliability functions. We do not intentionally use uploaded PDF content for advertising targeting, analytics events, resale, or AI training.

Temporary storage and retention

The service may temporarily store uploaded documents, edit operations, generated exports, and technical metadata needed to run the editor. These files should be treated as temporary working files, not as long-term cloud storage. Operators should configure routine deletion of stale uploads and exports; users should keep their own original copy and not rely on JUST FREE PDF as an archive.

Logs and technical data

Servers, hosting systems, and security tools may process IP address, user agent, request time, URLs, file sizes, error messages, and performance information. Logs are used for availability, abuse prevention, debugging, and security. Logs are not intended to store PDF contents.

Analytics status

Currently, JUST FREE PDF does not load Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager scripts. If analytics is introduced, PDF contents must not be included in analytics events, and this policy must be updated before deployment.

Advertising

The site may include advertising-related verification records such as account verification metadata and ads.txt. Display advertisements are not part of the upload, edit, export, or download controls.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this site or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to JUST FREE PDF and/or other sites on the Internet. Users may manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and can learn how Google uses information from sites and apps at Google’s partner-sites information page.

For users in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, non-essential advertising technologies must not be enabled before the required consent mechanism is available. Before AdSense display ads are activated for those regions, JUST FREE PDF must use a Google-certified consent management platform where required. The site’s current privacy-choice panel records first-party preferences but is not represented as a substitute for Google certification.

Sensitive documents

Do not upload documents containing highly sensitive legal, medical, tax, immigration, identity, financial, employment, school, or client-confidential information unless you understand the server-processing boundary and have permission to use this type of tool.
